Product is great, very high quality and no defects - packaging is nice, but fall a bit short as a storage solution.
The sizes of dilators are very well considered and cover all bases. My wife enjoys these, she was worried the size increments would be too great but the feedback after her training sessions has been very positive.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
